We like to make it easy, quick and convenient to hire an ebike, so we’ll bring the bike to you and offer great discounts for hiring multiple bikes. Our ebike hire service includes delivering the bike directly to your hotel or tourist accommodation in the McLaren Vale or surrounding areas.

Our electric bikes ride just like a regular bike when the motor is not engaged, so they are great for all fitness levels. If you are sporty, then you can use the power assist for a helping hand when needed, or if you want a leisurely adventure, simply hop on the bike and let the motor do all the hard work.

Our Vallkree ebikes have been designed for on or off-road adventures. They’ve got plenty of power and large wide tyres so you can enjoy riding on roads or tracks with ease.

Do I need a license to ride an ebike?
No, all our ebikes comply with EN 15194:2009 and can be driven without a driving license.
Do you have to be a certain age to ride an ebike?
The laws on this vary from state to state. However, we recommend that our electric bikes should only be operated by persons aged 16 years above.
What should I wear on an ebike?
Always dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing. We recommend wearing closed toe shoes or runners.
Are your ebikes well maintained?
Yes, we regularly service our ebikes. They are cleaned and sanitised daily and safety checked before going out for hire.
How fast will an ebike go?
Our 250w ebikes can go anywhere from 25-32 km/h depending on the terrain and will provide plenty of power to make riding up hill a breeze. In line with Australian Laws, the power assist function ceases on our ebikes at 25km/h without any loss of momentum.
Are ebikes noisy?
No, as they are battery powered, you’ll barely hear the power assistance working, so you can still enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature when riding our bikes.
How long will the battery on my ebike last?
The battery on our ebike will generally last between 50 – 80km without the need for additional charge. However, when you hire one of our ebikes for longer than a day, we will provide you with a charger and full instructions on how to use it.
